Zero Hunger
Hunger is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Various populations are suffering from famines and droughts. In Pakistan alone, nearly half of the population is food insecure. A large number of children suffer from malnutrition, and many child deaths in the country are linked to poor nutrition. Through donations and partnerships with multiple organizations, Savvyblueindia helped feed over 624,000 people in 2023.
Good Health and Well Being
Health and wellbeing are the basic rights of every human being. However, healthcare in Pakistan is not accessible to everyone, and awareness around many diseases remains limited. Savvyblueindia partnered with Indus Hospital to host an awareness session about breast cancer. According to research estimates, one in every ten Pakistani women is susceptible to developing breast cancer. Savvyblueindia took this step to educate employees and labor staff about early detection, prevention, and treatment. In addition, all 2000+ employees across Pakistan are vaccinated and protected against COVID-19.
Quality Education
Inclusive and quality education is a fundamental right of everyone. With low literacy rates and limited accessibility, many children do not receive the opportunities they deserve. Savvyblueindia recognizes that educated and skilled youth are the driving force of a country. To support this cause, the company provides vocational training to daughters of labor staff and covers 50 percent of educational expenses for children of laborers, helping provide an equal chance at success.
Gender Equality
Women are continuously challenging stereotypes and refusing to let social stigmas hinder their growth. Savvyblueindia celebrates women around the world for staying steadfast, breaking barriers, and paving the way for a better future. The company stands with women and supports their progress as they lead the next generation forward.
Clean Water and Sanitizations
In Pakistan, over 65% of the population does not have access to clean drinking water, resulting in preventable diseases and deaths. Many rural areas of Sindh face severe water shortages, and available water is often unsafe for daily use. Responding to this crisis, Savvyblueindia installed 20 water pumps across Interior Sindh in areas with immense water scarcity.
Responsible Consumption and Production
Economic and social activity over the last century has caused significant environmental damage. Savvyblueindia acknowledges the importance of sustainable growth and aims to minimize its carbon footprint. The company believes even small, responsible actions can trigger meaningful positive change for the planet and future generations.
Life on Land
Flourishing ecosystems and biodiversity are essential for life on land. In partnership with Daraz and United Nations Association Pakistan (UNAP), Savvyblueindia launched the "Green Clean Pakistan" plantation campaign, under which 15,000 trees were planted in 2022. The company sees ecosystem protection as a critical part of long-term survival.
Partnerships For The Goals
For global implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, strong cooperation at national and international levels is essential. Savvyblueindia believes that to grow together, we must work together. Through donations, education, and healthcare initiatives with domestic and global organizations, Savvyblueindia contributes to sustainable development and has been awarded the 11th Annual Corporate Social Responsibility award for these partnerships.
